The plan of today is to make 20 push ups per hour between 10 in the morning and 22 tonight. That comes to a complete set of 240 push ups today.
This method was something I started with a couple of years ago but haven’t done for a while. Partly because its hard when I’m working. Need to save the strength for the show.
Now I have 1 month off and I’m climbing on the walls. Its the perfect time for small projects like this.
