Now the articles from Q-day are out. Me and Fofo were booked to entertain before and after a Q & A between Tilde Björfors and Daryl Hannah.
I also had the chance to be part of the discussion and managed to get a few questions asked. Daryls passion for our planet is truly inspiring and I think the people left the tent outside the university of Lund with a lot of thoughts and with quite a bit of hope. Visit her website and read all about her work for keeeping this place a good place. Tilde also took the opportunity to invite Daryl to our shows in New York. I’m hoping she will be there.

Drop and give me 20

You could be like me : )

I have always tried to find motivating training methods. I like to train hard and I like to train fun.
So here is one way to have fun and to train hard.
The idea is to make a number of press ups (20) each hour between 10-22 in one day.
It means that you have to set your alarm and drop to the floor whenever it rings. Yesterday I made mine mainly in my house but 20 was done on the street and 20 in a café.

Now since I have discovered Twitter I also managed to get a few others on board my project and the whole thing became so much greater. We were pushing and supporting each other under the hashtag #drop20
And also… We managed to create quite good training. After all, we did 240 press ups and that is not bad at all.
So if you are interested in joining this “event” please look out for #drop20 on Twitter and hopefully we meet there.

Today is ten years since the terror attack in New York. The memories are riding the media and the news are full of reflections and thoughts from people.
I remember this day well. I was on a plane traveling from London to do a big, big gala in Barcelona. Exactly how big it was going to be I never found out. Everything got canceled since the client had an office in one of the skyscrapers that had just collapsed.
I remember getting the news at the airport in Barcelona, turning on the TV at the hotel and speaking in confusion with all the other artist that were there.
We stayed 4 days in Barcelona. Work had, due to extremely unfortunate circumstances, turned into a holiday.

Going to see a show

Last week we met some people that came and saw our show. It turned out they where great and they invited us to a concert. A tribute to Joy Division. The evening was perfect and the band terrific. The singer was a man called Phil Shoenfelt and it turns out he is playing again tonight. This time in a duo together with Pavel Cingl and it sound great. Looking very much forward to tonights concert.
